We are recruiting permanent Sports Coaches to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist school supporting pupils aged 219 years with a range of learning difficulties.This is a unique opportunity to combine your love of sport with meaningful impacthelping young people develop confidence, coordination, and life skills through physical activity.?? The RoleDeliver engaging, inclusive sports sessions tailored to individual needsSupport pupils physical development, teamwork, and confidenceAdapt activities to suit a wide range of abilities and behavioursWork closely with teaching staff and therapists to support holistic developmentProvide 1:1 and small group support where required?? Who Were Looking ForBackground in sports coaching, PE, or physical activity deliveryExperience in SEN or SEMH settings is highly desirableCandidates with care/support work experience are encouraged to applyPersonal experience with SEN (e.g. Family) is valuedEnergetic, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young peopleStrong communication and teamwork skills??
