AI & Data Coach - Apprenticeships (Levels 4-7)Location: Remote / Hybrid / FlexibleContract Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + BenefitsAbout the OpportunityOur client is a leading training provider of digital and professional skills training, delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes to learners and employers across the UK.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and passionate AI & Data Coach to support learners undertaking Level 4-7 Data and AI apprenticeship programmes .This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Scientist, Data Analyst, AI Specialist, Business Intelligence professional or Digital Skills Coach who is passionate about developing emerging talent and helping apprentices apply technical concepts in the workplace.The RoleAs an AI & Data Coach, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, providing high-quality coaching, mentoring and developmental support throughout their apprenticeship journey to ensure successful completion and progression.Working remotely as part of a collaborative delivery team, you will support learners through regular coaching sessions, progress reviews and EPA preparation, helping them to develop both their technical capabilities and professional behaviours.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of apprentices across Levels 4-7.Deliver engaging one-to-one and group coaching sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employer stakeholders.Support learners in developing their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs).Review and provide detailed feedback on portfolio evidence, assignments and workplace projects.Prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).Work closely with employers to ensure apprentices are applying learning effectively in the workplace.Maintain accurate learner records in accordance with funding and compliance requirements.Promote safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the learner journey.Areas of Knowledge and Coaching SupportData Analytics and Data ScienceArtificial Intelligence and Machine LearningPython ProgrammingSQL and Database TechnologiesPower BI, Tableau and Data VisualisationStatistical Analysis and ModellingBusiness IntelligenceExploratory Data Analysis (EDA)Predictive AnalyticsMachine Learning AlgorithmsNatural Language Processing (NLP)Deep Learning FundamentalsEthical and Responsible AIPrompt Engineering and Generative AIData Governance, Security and PrivacyCloud-based Data and Analytics SolutionsData Storytelling and Business Problem SolvingEssential RequirementsSignificant commercial experience within Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence or a related discipline.Strong practical experience with technologies such as: PythonSQLPower BI and/or TableauExcelMachine Learning frameworks and toolsExperience coaching, mentoring, training or developing adults.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging and practical manner.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to manage a learner caseload effectively and work autonomously.Desirable RequirementsPrevious experience delivering or coaching apprenticeship programmes.Experience supporting learners on Level 4-7 apprenticeship standards.Knowledge of apprenticeship funding and compliance requirements.Experience supporting learners through Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).A recognised teaching, coaching or training qualification (AET, PTLLS, PGCE, etc.).Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1 or equivalent).Industry certifications in Data, AI or Cloud technologies (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, etc.).What We OfferFull training for new coaches and support to achieve teaching qualificationCPD to support your occupational expertise and continuous professional development25 days annual leave (rising with service)Additional day leave for your birthdayHoliday purchase schemeFlexible working & flexi time optionsEarly finish for the end of your weekHealth cash planVirtual GPCurated wellbeing packageEnhanced sickness payCompany match pension up to 5%Life assuranceEnhanced family benefits packageReligious bank holiday swapLong service recognition and rewardQuarterly reward and recognition awardsIf you are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and developing people, we would love to hear from you.Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.To understand more about what we do with your data please review our privacy policy in the privacy section of the Oscar website.TPBN1_UKTJ
