General Manager

The Role

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant.
• Lead, motivate and develop the management and front‑of‑house team.
• Deliver consistently high standards of service and guest experience.
• Drive sales, labour and overall financial performance.
• Recruit, train and develop your team.
• Ensure all health & safety and compliance standards are met.
• Work closely with senior management to help grow the business.

About You

• Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium restaurant.
• A hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the floor.
• Commercially minded with experience managing P&L.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
