General Manager – Livery Hall

We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven General Manager to manage a central London livery hall. This is not a "business as usual" role. You will lead an operation within a stunning heritage setting, overseeing high-end corporate dining, formal banqueting, and events. You will have full autonomy to shape the venue’s future, driving sales growth while maintaining the impeccable service standards. This is mainly a Monday to Friday operation.
