About us
Based in the sought-after and affluent villages of Brockenhurst and Sway, this is an opportunity to step into an efficient, well led practice located in one of the most desirable rural settings in the South.
Our current team consists of two full‑time partners, supported by two experienced GP retainers. We are a fully staffed close knit team, and we are now seeking a fixed term Salaried GP to join the team.
We are an active member of the New Forest PCN and benefit from a strong multidisciplinary team, including an in‑house pharmacy team, physiotherapists, a care home nurse, and two full‑time visiting paramedics shared across the network.
In the past 18 months, we have completed a full‑scale reorganisation of every team within the practice. We now operate as a streamlined, well‑managed, and responsive business that delivers exceptional care and accessibility to our patient population. Our emphasis on continuity and traditional general practice values means we are one of the few local surgeries to have avoided a shift to total triage, offering a truly patient‑centred service.
This is an opportunity to join a well‑run, robust practice with strong foundations, and an excellent working environment.
