Job description
People Partner
Location: Manchester, GB

You will help shape and implement activity across organisational effectiveness, talent, succession, capability, engagement and workforce planning, while also supporting cyclical processes such as performance, pay review and succession planning. The role requires sound judgement, clear priorities and the ability to move confidently between longer‑term thinking and day‑to‑day people matters.
You will work closely with the People Business Partnering Team and centres of expertise such as Reward, Employee Relations, EDI and Talent Acquisition to implement the People strategy. The role also uses data, insight and continuous improvement to spot opportunities and strengthen ways of working.
