Coco di Mama is looking for a General Manager to join our wonderful team.
Our amazing General Managers have excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. They possess an ability to work diligently and flexibly, are driven by a positive approach and always put the customer first.
Please note that this role isn't tied to a specific site, and you could be requested to work in any of our central London stores.

The person we're looking to join our family will be:

- Have at least 1 year of experience within a General Manager role within a food or retail environment
As a General Manager, your main duties will include:
- Providing regular advice and coaching to the shop team ensuring relevant and appropriate development is provided at all times
- Communicating clearly and regularly through a variety of means to ensure the shop team is fully briefed.
- Delivering stated People KPIs such as staff turnover, tenure and internal promotions
- Engaging with their team and is aware of and develops team happiness and shop atmosphere through a variety of activities.
- Taking ownership of all aspects of the employee life cycle and generates solutions and improvements.
- Delivering on brand standards across all areas of the business, including but not limited to health and food safety, cash control, and people.
- Understanding all financial performance metrics and able to generate and implement proactive solutions.
- Completing and training others to standard in all aspects of the shop operational systems such as ordering, stock takes, cash control and payroll.
- Always having the customer and their team as a number 1 priority.
