Job description
Academics is recruiting a Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology graduate for a SEN teaching assistant role in Crawley. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping access learning and develop life skills in a SEN/SEMH setting.
Ideal candidates show patience, empathy and resilience, with strong communication to work within a multidisciplinary team. This is a term-time position with on-site training and development provided.
