Temporary Executive Office Administrator
Location: Mayfair, London (Office-based, Monday–Friday)

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Executive Office Administrator to join their busy private office in Mayfair, starting immediately. This is a fast‐paced role providing administrative support to a professional team, with the main focus on reviewing and updating an extensive database of over 6,000 vCards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, update and maintain a database of 6,000+ vCards.
Check formatting, update job titles, source photographs, research missing contact details, and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Carry out online research to verify and update information.
Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrative role.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Confident conducting online research and managing large volumes of data.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
Able to work independently, prioritise workload and hit the ground running.
Professional, proactive and comfortable working within a private office environment.
