Reward Partner - Data

Between £60,000 and £80,000 Per Month

Job description

Overview

Reward Partner - Data supports all aspects of the Flutter Functions and UKI Reward team through the creation, analysis and management of reward and MI data. The role contributes to the development of reward strategy and provides input on how reward policies and processes address business and people challenges. The Reward Partner supports remuneration review processes and provides guidance on employee reward management, levelling, benchmarking and pay budgeting and analysis. They partner with people partners, the wider people team and business collaborators to address key reward matters.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end reward processes — lead the annual salary and bonus review cycles, ensuring data accuracy, pay positioning, and market competitiveness across UKI and Flutter Functions.
  • Build and maintain advanced reward models — develop forecasts, benchmarking analyses, and data-driven insights to support key compensation decisions.
  • Lead on levelling, benchmarking, and job catalogue management — handle role-specific benchmarking requests and work with the Global Compensation team to maintain the global job catalogue.
  • Drive data analytics across the Reward function — translate complex data into clear narratives and present actionable insights to stakeholders using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Own reward data integrity within the HRIS — manage the relationship between reward data and Workday, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems while acting as the Reward SME on HR tech projects.
  • Continuously improve reward processes — identify inefficiencies, implement streamlined solutions, and support people partners and managers with policy, pay range guidance, and reward education.

How you’ll do it

  • Strong analytical expertise — a proven background in data analysis, ideally within HR or Reward, with the ability to build models, reports, and templates in Excel and translate complex data into clear insights for varied audiences.
  • Tech-savvy with reward systems — hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with Workday, Prism, Power BI, or Tableau being a distinct advantage; interest in applying AI tools to reward and analytics is a bonus.
  • A process improvement mindset — a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Clear and confident communicator — able to explain complex policy, process, and data to a range of stakeholders through written and verbal communication, as well as visual formats such as workflow documentation and infographics.
  • Highly organised and resilient under pressure — comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented — self-motivated and adaptable, with a genuine passion for continuous learning and the business acumen to connect reward activity to broader organizational goals.
