Our client is a well‑established teaching and training practice serving approximately 16,000 patients near Bicester and the surrounding area. They are seeking a motivated and patient‑focused Salaried GP to join their friendly and supportive clinical team for 6 – 8 sessions per week.

The Role

You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care through face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, with occasional home visits where clinically appropriate. Responsibilities include managing acute and long‑term conditions, prescribing in line with guidelines, maintaining accurate clinical records, and completing clinical administration efficiently.

A typical GP session includes:

• 17 booked appointments
• Follow‑up capacity equivalent to 8 appointments
• Up to 10 tasks (e.g. Prescriptions, fit notes, results)
• Dedicated administrative time
• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• Registered on the National Performers List
• Experience working in General Practice/Primary Care
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Desirable

• Experience with EMIS Web
• QOF experience
• Clinical special interest or leadership experience
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
