Two well-established, modern practices in Darlington and Middlesborough are looking for a dentist who wants more than just a UDA treadmill. With full NHS lists ready to transfer, a generous private split, and hands‑on mentorship in implants, Invisalign and sedation, this is a genuine platform to grow clinically and financially. Both sites are busy, well‑run and fully equipped; the only thing missing is you.

Key Details

• UDA rate: £14–£15 per UDA, dependent on experience and commitment
• UDA expectation: flexible
• Contract mix: Middlesborough ~75% NHS | Darlington ~60% NHS
• Private split: 55:45 in favour of the associate – strong private income potential
• NHS lists: Existing, maintained full lists ready to transfer from day one
• Technology: Fully computerised (R4), OPG, iTero scanner, CBCT on‑site
• Treatments available: Full cosmetic range including Invisalign, implants, facial aesthetics, sedation and cosmetic makeovers – the principal actively supports dentists developing in these areas
• Hours: Core 9–5 pm with flexibility available; full‑time preferred, part‑time considered
• Support: Full support team across both sites; recently refurbished, modern environments
• Postgraduate development: Actively encouraged and financially supported
• FD approved: Both practices hold FD‑approved status

Requirements

• Full GDC registration
• Recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
• Valid NHS performer number – or ability to obtain one before starting
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Completed dental foundation training (or equivalent; FD‑approved practice)
• A collaborative, team‑first approach
• Flexible start dates
