This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team supporting both the purchase and sales ledger functions. For the right person, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role Experience across both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Good Microsoft Excel skills Experience using Sage Intacct and Opera would be highly advantageous Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Key Responsibilities: Process purchase and sales ledger transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain supplier and customer accounts Process invoices, payments and account reconciliations Resolve supplier and customer queries in a timely manner Support month-end finance processes and reporting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist the wider finance team with general finance administration and ad-hoc duties For further information on this opportunity or to take the next step in your finance career, get in touch with Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
