What You'll Be Up To

• Build trusted relationships with Directors, Heads of Department and Hiring Managers, acting as a credible recruitment partner across specialist areas.
• Lead recruitment briefing meetings, challenge requirements where appropriate and influence workforce planning discussions.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines, map competitor organisations and build warm candidate networks before vacancies arise.
• Create compelling attraction campaigns, personally headhunt high‑quality candidates and use the right sourcing channels for each role.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist vacancies, from briefing through to offer acceptance, keeping candidate experience front and centre.
• Use market insight, salary benchmarking, recruitment KPIs and competitor intelligence to advise the business and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and proven headhunting experience.

• Commercial, curious and confident using data to improve recruitment.

What You Can Expect From Us

• Competitive salary: £40,000‑£50,000 per annum plus reward scheme bonus.
