Are you an experienced People professional who enjoys influencing at a senior level, shaping workplace culture and turning organisational strategy into meaningful action?
Four Talent is delighted to be working exclusively with our client to appoint a HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering an ambitious People Strategy and supporting the organisation’s aim to create an inclusive, engaging and high-performing workplace.
Working closely with the People Director and as an integral member of the People Leadership Team, you will act as a trusted partner and coach leaders across the organisation. You’ll provide strategic insight alongside practical, commercially aware solutions that strengthen organisational capability, support sustainable growth and enable positive change.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, reward and development.
- Lead key elements of the annual people cycle, including performance, succession planning, talent development and pay reviews.
- Use people data, metrics and organisational insight to support effective decision-making.
- Shape and embed culture change, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
- Coach and influence managers, leaders and colleagues across the People team.
- Support strategic and organisation-wide People projects.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations, policies and risk.
- Deputise for the People Director when required.
Qualifications
- You'll be an effective HR Business Partner with CIPD Level 5 / Chartered Status, with proven experience operating at exec level.
- You’ll bring strong UK employment law knowledge, experience of delivering impactful people programmes and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- You’ll be comfortable working with data, managing complexity and driving change with clarity, resilience and sound judgement.
- Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about creating a workplace where people feel included, supported and empowered to perform at their best.
