About Your New Job as General Manager

• As Centre Principal & General Manager in Portadown,you will lead multi-brand dealerships, ensuring top performance across all teams and functions including sales, aftersales, administration, and site management.
• You will be the central figure for strategic leadership, accountable for driving results in customer satisfaction, sales performance, profitability, and overall service quality.
• Reporting to the COO,you will set budgets, monitor trends, coach management teams, build strong relationships with brand partners, and oversee facilities compliance at the highest standards.

What Skills You Need as General Manager

• Extensive experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams within the motor industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to consistently achieve business and manufacturer targets.
• Effective motivator with experience in people management, team building, and driving a high-performance culture.
• Confident communicator with proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and MS Office applications.
