HGV Class 1 Driver Stroud - Ongoing Work

£16.62 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Until September | Immediate Starts

M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers to join one of our well-established clients in Stroud.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's biggest retailers trunking from store to depot.

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Trunking from store to depot

• Assisting with unloading alongside an experienced on-site team

• Moving equipment on wheels, with no heavy manual lifting required

• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks

• Completing delivery paperwork accurately

• Following all transport legislation, driver hours, and health & safety procedures

• Monday to Friday

• Start times between 2:00am and 4:00am

• Occasional Saturday work may be available depending on the event schedule

• Ongoing work available until September

• Immediate starts available

• £16.62 per hour

• Weekly pay

To be considered, you'll need:

• A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence

• A valid Driver CPC qualification

• A valid Digital Tachograph Card

• A minimum of 1 years' Class 1 driving experience (insurance requirement)

• No more than 9 penalty points

• A good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations

• A reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work

• Ongoing work

• £16.62 per hour

• Regular Monday to Friday work

• Opportunity for additional Saturday shifts during busy event periods
