The Role - As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Help children access learning through tailored scaffolding and adapted resources

  • Support emotional regulation, confidence and positive engagement

  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

This role requires someone calm, patient, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.
