We are searching for an experienced Cyber Security Associate Director.

As an Associate Director within Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance, you’ll be responsible for advising our clients on cyber security strategy, programmes, resilience, controls and compliance, and emerging technology (e.g. Artificial intelligence, and Blockchain etc.).

You’ll benefit from ongoing coaching, career mentoring, and be supported by the TRA career pathway that was launched in 2021. This provides you with an opportunity to continue to develop market‑leading skills across our different capabilities and advance your professional development by undertaking accredited certifications via our training hub.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Leading and coaching high performing teams, resource management, recruitment, and development for team members. You’ll make quality time and take an interest in the team.
  • Providing high‑value and quality delivery to clients by leading teams that provide specialist cyber services and advice.
  • Driving external market activities and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing client relationships by creating proposals that demonstrate our capability to meet new and existing client needs.
  • Being responsible for client relationships in conjunction with the Partners to ensure our work adds value and is delivered timely and profitably.
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of cyber services, including capability development and quality assurance of work and reporting.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
  • Have a strong external profile and extensive network of contacts across industry.
  • Proven experience of winning new business and leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Experience of creating and developing client relationships to win work and increase revenue.
  • Experience of creating new business proposals and responding to RFP’s etc.
  • Experience in managing engagements end‑to‑end in a professional service context.
  • Experience of delivering security leadership services such as vCISO.
  • Business and commercial minded in your approach.
  • Passionate to continue your career in technology, cyber, risk management, and provide defensive and offensive cyber services to our clients.
