Montresor Legal seeks an experienced Legal Counsel (circa 4-10 PQE) to join a private Family Office in a varied, commercially focused role. The position offers fully remote work and flexible part-time hours.
You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on corporate transactions, investments and disposals; support property, financing and other transactional matters, and manage external advisers. This role suits candidates seeking independence and high‐quality work.
