DC Thomson is seeking a Talent Partner to join our People team in Glasgow. You will own end-to-end recruitment and internal mobility, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage and develop top talent across the business.
You'll lead GAIC programmes, build talent pipelines, optimise hiring processes and drive data-informed improvements to candidate experiences and governance. This role emphasises collaboration, curiosity and measurable impact.
