Job description

Bay Leadership Academy invites applications for a Director of Learning for English. You will lead the English faculty, develop an ambitious GCSE English curriculum and drive improvements in pupil outcomes within a disadvantaged community.
You will coach colleagues, promote high standards and collaborate with Star Academies to share best practice across schools. A degree with QTS is required, with a proven leadership track record.
