Weston‐Super‐Mare

Overview
We are a small family‐run architectural practice based in Weston‐Super‐Mare with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects across Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full planning cycle, from reviewing policy to liaising with local planners, while gaining exposure to the entire architectural workflow.

Responsibilities

Draft and develop technical drawings for planning applications using AutoCAD.

Assist in the planning and building survey process, including submissions and compliance checks.

Support the life‐cycle of projects from initial consultation to project completion.

Coordinate with planners and stakeholders to secure timely approvals.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a background in planning policy or architectural technology.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and attention to technical detail.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Willingness to travel to the Weston‐Super‐Mare area.
