Job description
NHS Somerset seeks a GP Training Programme Director (2 sessions per week) to support GP trainees across Somerset, based in Taunton/Yeovil. You will lead learner supervision, assessments and educational experiences, and work with GP educational supervisors and Primary Care Networks to drive training quality and safety.
The role focuses on educational outcomes, workforce development and multi-professional links, with responsibility for the half day release course for trainees and project work
