Overview Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central London Office (Hybrid)
Expected Start Date: Autumn 2025
We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are partnered and have well-established relationships with the globe's leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through questioning/qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities Interact with new people frequently to identify potential candidates
Assess candidate potential through questioning and qualification
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates
Commit to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas
Qualifications Demonstrated hard worker — e.g. Bachelor's degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
Quota or goal-oriented; entrepreneurial mindset
Able to meet deadlines
Independently motivated / Self-starter
