The Bath Rugby Foundation is seeking local tradespeople and professionals to support our Work Experience Wednesdays initiative. This program offers real-world trade experience to students aged 14–16, enabling them to explore vocational careers while building essential skills.
Participants will guide young people in practical tasks, fostering confidence, independence, and teamwork through engaging sessions, held at your workplace or a suitable training environment.
