Job description

Essential Employment is seeking a People Partner in Sunderland for a temporary assignment. You will deliver a high‐quality, customer‐focused people service and act as the primary point of contact for designated areas, ensuring risk‐aware, business‐focused HR support.
You will oversee operational HR activity, including probation, attendance, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, appeals, and TUPE, guide managers, and lead a small team to maintain training and service standards.
