HelloKindred is recruiting a Junior Early Careers Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help deliver about 350 early careers hires across the UK in a 37.5-hour hybrid contract. The role supports planning and delivering attraction events, screening, and assessing candidates through digital interviews and centres.
You will work with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a positive candidate experience, with BPSS checks and UK passport eligibility guiding shortlisting.
