Myn is building a growing community of independent recruitment Partners and seeks a flexible, part-time Recruitment Partner who can commit to around three days per week. The role emphasises outcomes over hours, with commission-led earnings supported by a retainer, making it ideal for someone balancing other commitments while staying active in recruitment.
You will manage candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate leadership meetings, and nurture relationships across Myn's ecosystem.
