Role
We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by driving sales and deepening relationships with salon partners while managing key internal growth initiatives. Here's how:

Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners

Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels

Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance

Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels

Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in partnership management, account management, or internal sales, customer service or Business Development.

Background in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is desirable.

Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long‐term value.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.

Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Self‐starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for brand growth.
