Location: Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire (NN15)
Salary: Up to £15.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary / Temp to Perm
Shifts Available:

• Morning: Monday to Friday | 06:00 14:00 | £14.06 per hour
• Afternoon: Monday to Friday | 14:00 22:00 | £14.69 per hour
• Night: Sunday to Thursday | 22:00 06:00 | £15.71 per hour

Start Date: Immediate Starts Available

Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced VNA Drivers for a leading logistics and distribution company based in Burton Latimer (NN15).

Our client is looking to recruitVNA Drivers, with immediate starts available. Successful candidates will complete a site familiarisation before commencing work.

The Role

As a VNA Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck, replenishing stock, and ensuring orders are moved accurately throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock to and from racking locations
• Loading, unloading, and replenishing warehouse stock
• Picking and putting away products accurately
• Completing daily equipment checks
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets

Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
• Have previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are happy to complete a site familiarisation before starting

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is highly desirable.

Pay & Benefits
