The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing UK sales team.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers-sparking interest, identifying opportunities, and building a strong pipeline for our Account Executives. This role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart or accelerate a career in SaaS sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers
- Deliver clear, compelling messaging about Webexpenses' value
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (B2B/SaaS is a plus)
- Strong communication skills-confident, articulate, and engaging
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (desirable)
