Description

Lead the next chapter of JT's growth

JT is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through an exciting new phase of transformation and growth.

As the leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider in the Channel Islands, JT plays a critical role in supporting national connectivity, economic development and digital innovation. Following the acquisition of Manx Telecom, we are building a scaled communications and technology group across the Crown Dependencies, creating significant opportunities for growth, innovation and value creation.

Reporting to the Chair and Board, the CEO will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance and financial success of the JT Group. The successful candidate will lead a talented executive team, oversee the integration and growth of the enlarged group, and build strong relationships with customers, governments, regulators, shareholders and wider stakeholders.
