Front of House Supervisor (Maternity Cover)

Location : Northamptonshire

Pay: £16.90 per hour

Job Type : Full-Time | Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join a busy, professional hospitality operation in Northamptonshire on a maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll be doing:
Leading and supporting the front of house team during daily service.
Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Managing day-to-day team operations, including workflow, attendance, and shift cover.
Training and inducting new team members.
Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience supervising a front of house or hospitality team.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
The ability to remain organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
Food Hygiene certification is advantageous but not essential.
