No recruitment experience or degree is required. Instead, they're looking for people with strong A Levels (or equivalent), excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the drive to succeed.

With exceptional training, uncapped commission and clear progression, you'll have the opportunity to earn £45,000£60,000 in your first year, £70,000£80,000 in your second year, and £100,000+ from year three onwards.

The Role

Following your training, you'll take ownership of your own specialist market and work with clients and senior professionals throughout the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Identifying and engaging exceptional talent
• Conducting interviews
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
• Negotiating offers
• Market mapping and research
• Developing into a specialist within your sector

This is a consultative, relationship-led role that will develop your commercial, sales and negotiation skills while offering exceptional earning potential.

Who We're Looking For

You'll have:

• A Levels (or equivalent) as a minimum
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confidence and resilience
• A competitive, ambitious attitude
• A genuine desire to build a successful long-term career

A degree is welcome but isn't essential. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not required.
