Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced, hard-working hospitality professional, with a captivating personality, who can lead an amazing team in this stylish cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven people management and hospitality experience.
  • Experience leading a team in a venue of high volume.
  • Ability to understand guest’s needs.
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guestexpectations.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adaptdepending on the level of trade.
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
  • Excellent financial acumen.

Key responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and making sure every guest has a fantastic experience. Some other key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team that focuses on the needs of the guest.
  • Oversee daily operations, recruitment, and overall site performance.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Drive sales through promotions, events, and memorable guest experiences.Maintain high standards of service, food and drink quality, cleanliness and compliance.
  • Oversee induction and training processes in your site.
