Churchmere Medical Group is seeking a Salaried GP or GP Partner to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team. Whether you are looking for a salaried role or considering partnership, you will be part of a practice that values its clinicians and supports professional growth.
You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including nursing colleagues, clinical pharmacists, dispensary staff, first contact physiotherapists, paramedics, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists, dietitians and care coordinators.

Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP or GP Partner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role includes routine consultations, home visits, clinical administration, collaboration with colleagues, participation in learning activities, and contribution to practice and PCN initiatives. You will be encouraged to develop your clinical interests with ongoing training and professional development support.

Job responsibilities
As a Salaried GP or GP Partner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a supportive and collaborative clinical team. Duties will include:
- Routine GP consultations, both face-to-face and remote
- Home visits on a shared basis
- Managing clinical correspondence, test results and clinical administration
- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care
- Participating in clinical meetings, peer support and shared learning
- Supporting medical education and training activities where appropriate
- Contributing to practice and PCN initiatives in line with your interests and experience
