A Manage Engineer Contractor is required to deliver an independent audit of an existing ManageEngine environment in London. ManageEngine Consultant (Contract) Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Initial Audit & Consultancy Assignment (Potential Extension)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on ManageEngine Consultant to conduct an independent audit of an existing ManageEngine environment. The organisation has invested in several ManageEngine modules; however, they are either not fully configured, poorly configured, or significantly underutilised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full audit of the existing ManageEngine environment.
  • Review current configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and unused functionality across the platform.
  • Produce a detailed report with recommendations and prioritised improvement opportunities.
  • Advise on IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and platform optimisation.
  • Work closely with IT leadership and the Service Management function to understand business requirements.
  • Support the implementation of recommended improvements should the project progress.

Required Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimising ManageEngine solutions (particularly ServiceDesk Plus ).
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL best practices.
  • Experience conducting technical audits and producing actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide objective, unbiased consultancy.
