Location: Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire,YO15 3NT

Hours: 44 hours per week Days OR 44 OR 22 hours per week - Nights OR Bank Shifts

Shifts: 8am til 8pm OR 8pm to 8am

Pay: £13.21 per hour (Bank rate - 14.80

In this role, youll be supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Every day youll be making a real difference, ensuring the home feels like a community where residents can live with dignity and joy.

Your Role

• Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
  
• Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
  
• Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
  
• Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
  
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents well-being is always the top priority
  

Essential Criteria

• Experience as a carer for older people
  
• A kind, patient, and understanding nature
  
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  
• Excellent work ethic and flexibility
