Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeksper year (term time only)
Salary Scale: NJC Point 7-11
Actual Salary: £22,709 - £24,204
Start Date: As soon as possible

Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? The Nicholas Hammond Academy arelooking to appoint a Student Support Leader to support students in theclassroom within an Academy that strives for excellence.

About you

We are looking for anenthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and has a passion for supportingteaching and learning to become a member of our PastoralTeam. The successful candidatewill manage and improve the behaviour and progress of students within the academy and support studentsin being ready tolearn and to be happy,successful and positive membersof the academy community. This role will also involve supporting the positive engagement betweenthe academy and families.

To succeed, you'll hold GCSEgrade 4/C+ in a range of subjects including English and Maths and haveexperience of working effectively in a learning /student care setting.

You will be joining adynamic team, who enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstandingsuccess amongst our students.
