Fixed-Term Salaried GP Opportunity Midway Surgery, St Albans
About Midway Surgery

- Patient list size of approximately 14,000 patients.
- Member of the Alban Primary Care Network (PCN).
- Supported by a team of 8 GP Partners and 55 clinical and non-clinical staff.
Main duties of the job
Main Duties
- Support the 8 GP Partners in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Manage a varied and interesting clinical caseload.
- Opportunity to contribute to key clinical areas, including:
- Long-term condition management
- Care home support
- Frailty services
- Home visits
- Prescribing and medicines optimisation
- Staff education and training
- Potential to assist with the development of healthcare services and health promotion initiatives.
- Manage your own administrative workload.
- No requirement to maintain a personal patient list.

- Regular in-house teaching sessions and clinical meetings.
