Orthodontist

We are recruiting for an Orthodontic Dentist to join a well-established private dental practice in Northampton on a permanent basis. This flexible opportunity offers one day per week, with working days negotiable for the right healthcare professional. This position offers excellent private earning potential and the opportunity to develop your orthodontic career within a modern, growing practice.

Working with Flourish Medical as an Orthodontic Dentist offers you:

• Permanent contract for 1 day per week with flexible working
• Competitive percentage split with excellent private earning potential
• Estimated earnings of £60,000–£120,000 per annum (pro rata), based on one day per week and dependent on experience, patient uptake and clinical activity.

• On-site Cephalometric imaging for efficient diagnostics and treatment planning

Required Skills & Experience for this Orthodontic Dentist:

• GDC registered Dentist
• A Special Interest in Orthodontics, currently undertaking an MSc in Orthodontics or on the GDC Specialist Register in Orthodontics
• Proven UK clinical experience
• Experience providing fixed orthodontics and clear aligner treatments
• Valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Suitable for Orthodontic Dentist, Dentist with a Special Interest in Orthodontics and/or Specialist Orthodontist.

As an Orthodontic Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing orthodontic treatment including fixed appliances and clear aligners
• Managing and developing a consistent orthodontic patient list
• Delivering high-quality patient care throughout treatment
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team
• Adhering to CQC standards and clinical governance

The practice is based in Northampton and is easily commutable from Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry and Rugby.
