Job Title: Class 2 Driver - Skip Driver
Location:Hatfield
Pay Rate: £19.05- £28.58 p/h
Shifts:Monday to Friday(apply today to discuss shift times)
Driver Type:Class 2 - refuse driver
Experience:6 months class 2 experience - essential
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Hatfield to work with our client, whoprovide all types of business with commercial waste disposal and recycling.

Previous experience working in the waste industry would be beneficial.

Basic: £17.00 + £2.05 holiday pay = £19.05 per hour
Overtime: £25.50 + £3.08 holiday pay = £28.58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Driving and operating a Class 2 skip vehicle
• Delivering and collecting skips from customer sites
• Transporting waste safely to disposal facilities
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Completing all required paperwork accurately
• Providing professional customer service
• Following drivers hours and tachograph regulations
• Complying with health and safety and environmental procedures

All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.

About you:
You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must have experience on the skips.You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
