Location:Panattoni Park NN7
Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:0014:00
Pay Rate: £13.12 £13.92 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate starts available

The Role

Quest Employment arecurrently recruiting experienced and dependable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park NN7. This is a key position supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate MHE equipment, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance

• Load and unload trailers in a timely and accurate manner

• Complete and check relevant paperwork and documentation

• Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas

• Identify and report issues relating to stock, racking, or equipment

• Follow all health & safety regulations and complete pre-use equipment checks

• Support other warehouse functions and train across multiple areas where required

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (in-house licences accepted)

• Previous warehouse experience is essential

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well within a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
