Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative HR function supporting a diverse and influential practice group in a well-established, global firm. About you Minimum of three years' experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, ideally within professional services or similar sectors Strong knowledge of current employment legislation across Northern Ireland, England & Wales Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with an innovative mindset What you'll do Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Digital and AI teams, supporting their operational and people priorities Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working requests, ensuring compliance and fostering trust Support onboarding, exit processes, and probation reviews, enhancing the employee experience Oversee secondment processes and coordinate recruitment activities, working closely with the recruitment team Assist with performance review programmes, reward processes, and internal development initiatives Lead small-scale HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement across HR practices For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
