A forward-thinking GP Training Practice with outstanding retention, strong MDT support and a clear focus on reducing GP workload. Excellent feedback from previously placed GPs.
Salary & Benefits

Workload & Structure
- 4–6 sessions (6 preferred) 12 patients per session 15-minute appointments Protected follow-up slots (GP-bookable only) Minimal home visits (dedicated visiting team) Team-based duty: triage GP + F2F GP No evenings or Saturdays Buddy system prevents admin build-up
The Practice
- GP Training Practice with multiple trainers Young, dynamic Partnership Strong MDT: ANPs, Frailty Nurse, MH worker, Pharmacists, FCPs Outsourced correspondence + tech-enabled LTC management Excellent retention and “job for life” culture Low deprivation, stable demographic
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
