Salaried GP

Between £90,000 and £110,000 Per Month

Job description

Salaried GP – Because Medicine Should Still Feel Human

We're on the hunt for a Salaried GP who brings clinical excellence, a sense of humour, and a genuine passion for patient care.

If you believe general practice is equal parts science, empathy, and occasional detective work - you might be exactly who we need.

The Practice (aka your future happy place):

  • A supportive, forward-thinking team that still laughs together (yes, even on Mondays)
  • Sensible workload with realistic expectations - no heroics required
  • Strong admin and clinical support so you can focus on what matters
  • A mixed and engaging patient population that keeps things interesting
  • Regular coffee, occasional cake, and daily camaraderie

The Role:

  • Salaried GP position with flexibility built in
  • Structured clinics with protected admin time (because paperwork is real)
  • Opportunities to develop specialist interests (we want you to enjoy your job)
  • Teaching and mentoring if that's your thing

What We're Looking For:

  • GMC-registered GP (MRCGP or equivalent)
  • Someone who communicates clearly, listens well, and cares deeply
  • A team player who can handle the unpredictable with grace (or at least good sarcasm)
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive salary (obviously - we're not monsters)
  • NHS pension and indemnity cover
  • Flexible working options - because life happens
  • A genuinely supportive environment where burnout is not worn as a badge of honour

Why Join Us?

Because general practice shouldn't feel like survival mode. It should feel meaningful, manageable, and maybe even... Enjoyable.

  • Qualified GP
  • Full GMC registration

  • Minimum of two years as a salaried GP
  • Experience of medicines management
  • Experience of ICB (formerly CCG) initiatives
