Learning & Development Partner (LMS Lead) Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid - 3 days home / 2 days office) £27.16 per hour LTD 4-12 Week Temporary Contract 37 Hours Per Week

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Learning & Development Partner (LMS Lead) to join a well-established housing organisation on a short-term contract based in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional with strong Learning Management System experience to lead system improvements, develop engaging digital learning content and support the delivery of a modern learning and development function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, development and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with managers to identify learning needs and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop engaging eLearning, virtual and face-to-face training materials.
• Coordinate L&D projects, managing timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Produce learning reports and analyse data to improve engagement, compliance and performance.
• Manage external learning providers and support procurement processes.
• Provide expert LMS support, resolve user queries and maintain accurate learning records.
• Drive continuous improvement across L&D systems, processes and learner experience.

Requirements

• Experience working within Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development.
• Proven experience administering, developing or implementing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content and supporting blended learning.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• CIPD Level 5, degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience with Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Canva or similar authoring tools would be advantageous.
