We're looking for a People Transformation & Change Partner to own and deliver people change programmes across the business, including acquisitions, disposals, mobilisations, demobilisations, changes to T&Cs, restructures and company bids.
This is a key role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver large-scale change programmes in an ethical, legal and commercially focused way, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across our people processes.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Transformation & Change Partner to deliver a best-in-class service, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Own the delivery of people change management across the business, including TUPE, reorganisations, T&C changes, integration and M&A activity.
- Manage and deliver large-scale change programmes, ensuring project plans provide clear visibility of tasks, risks and ownership for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear two-way communication and high visibility of all change projects.
- Provide commercial, pragmatic and technically sound employment law advice, coaching and influencing stakeholders to make decisions in line with current legislation.
What we're looking for:
- Experience managing large-scale change programmes within a people, HR or transformation environment, particularly involving TUPE and employee relations law
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to identify key risks, manage multiple priorities and deliver commercial solutions in collaboration with the business.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Experience using data analysis to influence decisions, with knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP HR, SuccessFactors or another recognised HR database being beneficial.
Required Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification or Employment Law qualification is desirable.
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodology would be beneficial.
