Job description
Wellbeing at UCS College Group plays a critical role in supporting the needs of our students, often those from within our most vulnerable groups.
This role will primarily focus on supporting our students who are in care (Children Looked After) or are Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC). This will include supporting the Personal Education Plan (PEP) meetings for these students.
In addition to supporting their PEPs, they will provide wider Wellbeing support to students with a wide range of issues which may impact directly or indirectly upon their learning, providing one to one guidance and mentoring, or signposting to other service providers within the college or to external support agencies.
UCS is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and communities
